  1967 Delivery of the first HANSA-MIXs to the carpet industry  
       
  1983 Delivery of the first HANSA-MIXs for the ventilation of cream fillings to german companies of the food industry  
       
  1984 Delivery of the first „HANSA-MIXs with two-step-processing“  for the production of bar mass to a Norwegian confectionary production (together with Kloeckner Haensel, Hannover)  
       
  1984-1985
Moving from Bremen to Stuhr/ Heiligenrode. Entry in the commercial register as an
independent GmbH.
Delivery of the first HANSA-MIXs for the aeration of cookie mass to Jaffa Cake in
Germany.
 
       
  1989 Delivery of the first ECO-MIXs for textile finishing and coating to Zimmer, Klagenfurt
 
 
    Completion and presentation of the first TOP-MIX as a laboratory apparatus for smaller performances on equal terms a s big mixers  
       
  1990 Delivery of the first HANSA-MIX for the aeration of moulded marshmallow to companies in Germany  
       
  1991 Delivery of an UNI-MIX for the coating of carpetbacks with ASII, 4 dosing pumps and CIP cleaning with central SPS control, to companies in Germany
 
 
    Presentation of the TOP-MIX II, now with seperate switch cabinet and pump, also used for production.  
       
  1992
presentation and delivery of the first FOOD-MIX  to Coreco in Switzerland.
The FOOD-MIX is the first „sterile“ mixer world-wide. All components and seals are
sterilised with vapor (SIP). During the production all seals are  rinsed with
condensation.
 
 
    Delivery of the first QUINN-MIX for the coating of leather with polyurethane to the firm Clariant/ Quinn.  
       
  1993 Commissioning of the first doctor blade height control in connection with a HANSA-MIX with ASII at a carpet fabricator in Germany. Equal coating thickness of the carpetback at different poleheights is guaranteed.
 
 
    Delivery of the first Mixer with ASIII integrated in a FOOD-MIX to Australia. Determination of the amount of gas in the product by means of volumetric flow and pressure measurement in front of and behind the product pump.  
       
  1994 Presentation and delivery of the first COMPACT-MIX for the aeration of fillings for a company that produces fancy cakes in Germany.
 
 
    Delivery of the new-developed mixing head unit MM with more than 2200 studs for a performance of to 7000 kg/h latex to a fabricator in the USA.  
       
  1995 Delivery of a UNI-MIX MM for the PVC production up to 6000 kg/h to India.
 
 
    Delivery of the first MULTI-MIX together with a UNI-MIX for the production of Black-Out coatings in the USA. Multi-Mix with 12 dosing pumps and blender incl. ph-value adjustment for the Inline compounding of latex.  
       
  1996 Delivery of the first COMPACT-MIX FOOD (CIP and SIP competent) for the milk industry in Germany.  
       
  1997 Commissioning of a complete system with central SPS for a German company that produces cakes. Delivery of the COMPACT-MIX and a pre mix station for cream fillings, a grease dessolution, a CIP-cleaner, a SIP hot water station and a cooling apparatus for the whole system.  
       
  1997 presentation of the new-developed VARIOUS-MIX in the USA. The new development realized the inline mixture of powder in liquids with minimized aeration blow up. Advantage: fastest change of formula and least loss of compound at production stop.  
       
  1998 participation in a EU research project regarding TK whipped cream with increased amount of fat (together with the companies DIL and Menken Polderland NL)
 
 
    Delivery of the first GLUE-MIX for the aeration of PVA glues for display production to the company NSC. Construction patented.  
       
  1999 Delivery of a multifunctional UNI-MIX for latex/ acrylate and PVC with AS2, CIP and blender unit with central control to Italy.
 
 
    Delivery of the first foam dosing station for the dosage and mixture of acids, paint and flavors in aerated molded marshmellow mass. System  with 4 strands. Installation with 2 COMPACT-MIXs in Indonesia.  
       
  2000 Commissioning of the first foam spreading system (max.width 5 m) for the equipping of carpets with fluor-carbon in Germany.
 
 
    Delivery of another foam dosing station for aerated molded marshmellow mass. System with 4 strands. Installation with 2 COMPACT-MIXs in China.  
       
  2001 Development and delivery of a fiber foam mixing system, together with a mixing head unit, for the production of fiber sheathed foam panels in Germany. Procedure patented.
 
 
    Delivery of a MULTI-MIX together with an ECO-MIX as an inline mixing station for latex printing ink  for printing on fleece in Germany. All desired color nuances are possible from 5 ground colors and latex.  
       
  2002 Presentation of the ECO-MIX II with integrated mixing head drive and seperate cabinet for the air control.
 
 
    Delivery of the COMPACT-MIX 2K, a mixer with 2 heads, for seperate foam production incl. a foam spreading device for glass-fleece-coating to Belgium.

Delivery of an UNI-MIX 2K  incl. tempering device for the marshmallow production to Guatemala.

 

Delivery of  2 double head- mixing heads for the production of yogurt to a big

creamery in Germany. CIP and SIP is possible with all components.
 
       
  2003 Delivery of the new generation QUINN-MIX 4/ ECO-TOP for leather coating.  
       
  2005 Commissioning of the pattern filling system together with a COMPACT-MIX 2K for a production of biscuits in Germany. Eleven forms at a time out of a pattern are being filled with two-coloured paste, which will be creamed in the two autarchic mixing heads.
 
 
    Delivery of  a foam dosing station for the dosage and mixture of acids, paint and flavors in aerated and unaerated molded marshmallow . System  with 3 strands. Installation together with 1 COMPACT-MIX, automatic CIP and temperature control station, in Switzerland.  Speciality: all process data are recorded. Control/ steering with WIN CC.  
       
  2006 Commissioning of a COMPACT-MIX for the foaming of PU carpet back coatings incl. Isocynat dosage. Presentation of this procedure together with DOW Chemical in Europe.  
       
  2007 Installation of the first complete explosion-proof Compact-Mix for toothpaste in the south of germany. The Compact-Mix works with a pressure regulation control system and a buffer tank for the ready mixed compound. Speciality: all process data are recorded. The recorded process data are available over ethernet.

Delivery of  a foam dosing station for the dosage and mixture of acids, paint and flavors in aerated and unaerated molded marshmallow . System  with 4 strands. Installation together with double head COMPACT-MIX, automatic CIP and temperature control station, in the north of germany. 

 
       
  2008
Installation of the first complete explosion-proof Compact-Mix for shaving gel in the south of germany. The Compact-Mix works with a pressure regulation control system and a buffer tank for the ready mixed compound. Speciality: all process data are recorded. The recorded process data are available over ethernet.
